How to Order
1. Submit your request
Fill out the form on the “Get a quote” page to configure your favourite Galileo model.
You will immediately see an initial estimated price, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
2. Receive a quote
You will receive an email with a detailed quotation based on your chosen configuration, customer type and country of residence.
3. Confirmation of the order
If you accept the quote, you’ll receive a link to a form where you can provide your details, select your preferred payment method and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4. Deposit payment
If you select online payment, you will receive a Stripe invoice. Depending on your eligibility, PayPal or Klarna may allow you to pay in instalments.
If you choose bank transfer, you will receive our bank details by email.
5. Follow the production
Updates on the build process will be shared through our Instagram account @galileo_guitars.
6. Final balance
When the instrument is nearly completed, you will be asked to settle the remaining balance.
7. Shipping
After the final payment is received, the instrument will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
We use insured DHL Courier service.
